Information Given at the Beginning of the Announcement for iOS 12:
- iOS 12 is performance based and will be supported on all iOS 11 devices; even iPhone 5S.
- On iPhone 6 Plus, for example, apps launch up to 40% faster, keyboard comes up, up to 50% faster, 70% faster to the camera from the lock screen.
- Share sheet coming up 2x faster, apps launching up to 2x faster under load.
- A new Night Mode slightly hinted on slideshow.
- iOS 12 improves performance by maximizing battery life and CPU power.
