After all of the downtime with Instagram and Facebook, now Apple’s iCloud services are down for some users. Apple has not confirmed what exactally what the issue is to cause this downtime.
According to Apple’s system status page, services like iCloud Drive, iCloud Mail, Find my iPhone, and more services show to be down for some users.

UPDATE (03/14/2019): According to Apple’s iCloud Support website, it would appear as though everything is back up and running again like normal.Â
