Right after the surprising and exciting Apple event, Apple seeded a boring software update. Apple released iOS 13.1 Developer Beta 3 after their Special event. This Beta promises a few bug fixes and improvements so make sure to update your iPhone or iPod. The update size can be anwhere from 200-400 MB. We do not know whether the iPhones will ship with iOS 13.0 or 13.1 but the release dates and schedules point towards the new iPhones and iPad being shipped with iOS 13.0 . iOS 13.0 will be released to the general public on September 19th and the final version of iOS 13.1 will be released on September 30th.
