Apple is finally going to push the official update of iOS 13 to the mass today.
Apple had stated that it will roll-out iOS 13 on September 19, 2019 following the announcement of the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, fresh iPad level and Apple Watch Series 5 at its annual launch event in San Francisco. The updated is expected to arrive around 10PM in the Indian Time.
The update is claimed to increase the launch speed of the apps to twice of what you experience now.
The top 5 features coming with iOS 13 are,
- Dark Mode
The most long awaited feature, system-wide dark mode will be made available with this update. - Updated Music App
The Music App gets a great overhaul with live lyrics, dark mode, and the gradient background. These are just some beautiful additions that comes with the update.
- Video Editing Tool in the Photos App
iOS 13 also brings all the previous photo editing tools available for video editing, letting you rotate, crop, and apply filters to videos instantly from the Photos App.
- Sign in with AppleÂ
It is a privacy feature that gives you a convenient and safer way to sign into apps and websites. You will be using your Apple IDÂ to authenticate your account via Touch ID or Face ID, but the catch is that the devs will see a unique random ID rather than your actual information.
- Volume HUD, Animoji Stickers and just a lot more Finally the boring volume indicator is gone! With iOS 13 the new HUD will not be covering the full screen, instead you will get a small volume controller like that in your control center. Apple has also added a ton of new Memoji options along with three new Animoji: the octopus, cow, and mouse and also introduced the Memoji stickers.
Other features include Apple Arcade, update stock apps (Photos, Notes, Maps, Reminders etc.), swipe keyboard and so on!
iOS 13.1 and iPadOS 13.1 Beta 4 has also been released to the developers as well as the public.
