With the newly added channels to the live TV streaming service, Sling TV announced this morning that they will be increasing their prices for both of their plans.
Sling Blue and Sling Orange will be seeing a $5 increase in their monthly price, which will now be $30 per month. There is a $45 Sling Orange + Blue package that is $45 a month that will not see an increase in price.
For Sling Blue customers, they will be getting FOX News and MSNBC, which was previously available on the News Extra but will now be added to the regular Sling Blue channel lineup.
Big Ten Network (BTN) will be added to Sling TV before the 2020 college football season begins.
Additionally, Sling TV will be adding the FXM channel on the Hollywood Extra plan for Sling Blue users. Those same users will now be getting a live feed of FXX too.
National Geographic Wild will be going to the Heartland Extra for Sling Blue users too.
Lastly, the Sports Extra plan, which has recently added both ACC Network and Longhorn Network this year, will now be $15. If you already have the Sports Extra on your Sling TV account, the price will stay the same $10 price it previously was.
Sling TV is now available for $30 a month and is available to stream on the iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Apple TV and Mac.
