In a press release, LG has announced that the Apple TV app will coming to its 2018 and newer TVs, which could allow its customers to access Apple TV+, iTunes movies and tv shows content, as well as Apple TV Channels.
New for 2020, the ”ŒApple TV”Œ app allows customers to subscribe and watch ”ŒApple TV”Œ+ and ”ŒApple TV”Œ channels as well as access their iTunes video library and buy or rent more than 100,000 films and TV shows. Customers with 2018 and 2019 LG TV models will also be able to enjoy the ”ŒApple TV”Œ app this year.
However, we are not clear which models would support the Apple TV app, but we will update this article if we learned more about it.
Meanwhile, LG also announced 13 new OLED TVs, including an all-new 48-inch size, which the company says that they re “designed to deliver stunning picture quality and innovative design with upgraded performance and artificial intelligence-enabled features that bring movies, sports and video games to life like never before imagined.”
