With the weekend getting closer and people being more reliant on food delivery services to get their favorite foods, Apple and Postmates currently have a promotion that will make movie lovers quite happy.
Right now, if you make a purchase through the Postmates app that is $10 or more, you can get a free movie rental from the Apple TV app.
The way to do this is when you have decided your restaurant, picked out your food and drink, in the checkout, make sure you type in the promo code “WATCHNOW” in the promo code area. Lastly, make your purchase with Apple Pay.
This deal and promotion starts today and will be going until February 9, 2020. It can only be used once per customer and the amount of money you will get towards a rental on the Apple TV app will be $5.99.
It also comes on the same weekend of The Academy Awards show, also known as The Oscars, which will be on ABC on February 9, 2020, and begin at 8 p.m. ET.
If purchases are made before The Oscars on Sunday night, one could use their free movie rental on an Oscar-nominated movie such as Joker or Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood.
Remember that those who pay with Apple Card for their purchase through Postmates, they will be able to get two percent in Daily Cash.
The Apple TV app is available to be used on the iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Apple TV (including the Apple TV third generation) and the Mac. It can also be downloaded and used on the Amazon Fire TV, Roku and select Smart TVs.
