Due to the coronavirus pandemic that is currently swallowing the United States and other parts of the world, Apple is making it so that customers with Apple Card will not have to pay interest for their March 2020 payment.
As part of Apple’s Customer Assistance Program, Apple Card’s March 2020 will not have any interest fees for its customers because of the coronavirus pandemic in the United States.
The email explains the following:
“We understand that the rapidly-evolving COVID-19 situation poses unique challenges for everyone and some customers may have difficulty making their monthly payments. Apple Card is committed to helping you lead a healthier financial life.
Should you need assistance, please click here to be connected to Apple Card support via Messages and enroll in our Customer Assistance Program, which will allow you to skip your March payment without incurring interest charges.”
Customers that are interested and need this will have to contact Apple Card support in order to be a part of this. If you do not contact support and join the Customer Assistance Program, you will still have interest on your Apple Card bill for this month.
