Appleosophy Streaming Picks: April 17-23

Hopefully we are getting closer to the end of the coronavirus here in the United States. Still, there are thousands, upon millions of Americans across the country that are still needing something to watch.


  • “Bosch” (Season 6): The sixth season of the Amazon Original are available on Prime Video today. This new season, like the previous five seasons, will have 10 episodes.


  • “Silicon Valley”: You can watch this entire HBO series for free on HBO Now, as well as Hulu. For those that have Hulu, you will not need to have HBO as an add-on, as the Hulu is making it temporarily free.


  • “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia”: Hulu has this entire series of this show available to stream. If you’re looking for some of the most offensive humor in recent history, you’ve found the right TV series.



  • “Get Smart”: The popular 2008 Steve Carell film is currently available to stream on Hulu.


  • “The Fault in Our Stars”: The popular movie based on John Green’s novel is currently available to stream on FX NOW and FX on-demand on live TV streaming services that have the channel available on its package.


  • “Like Sunday, Like Rain”: One of the best indie films is available to stream on Kanopy. It even has Billie Joe Armstrong from Green Day in it.
