Customers who have pre-ordered the new iPhone SE on Friday are already ‘Preparing to Ship’ to customers.
If you ordered an iPhone SE and your order status has changed to “Preparing to Ship” as well, you can no longer cancel the order. This is only possible when Apple is still “processing” your order.

The new iPhone SE features a 4.7 inch Retina HD Display with Touch ID inbuilt into the Home Button. This iPhone is powered by the A13 Bionic chip, the same chip which powers the iPhone 11 series. It Single camera setup, which now supports portrait mode along with Portrait Lighting and Depth Control. It shoots videos at 4K 60fps. The camera performance has been improved significantly on this refreshed iPhone SE.
If you order an iPhone SE today, it looks like shipping dates are slipping to Early May 2020 and you will not be able to get the iPhone SE on launch day, but you may be able to still get it on launch day through an Apple authorized reseller or phone carrier.
