Since Apple is provided discounts to some of the Beats Headphones, it indicates that Apple is selling their manufactured Beats Headphones quickly to clear stocks before they announce their own Over-The-ear Headphones in WWDC 2020. According to Prosser, Apple is also working on “AirPods X” which will mainly designed for sports, aiming at the Beats X which will probably be released around September or October.
