Just a week after Apple’s 31st World Wide Developers Conference unveiling a wide range of new softwares, Apple has released iOS & iPadOS 13.6 Beta 3 to developers. This update comes in three weeks post to the release of iOS & iPadOS 13.6 Beta 2. Apple released the first beta of this version (iOS 13.5.5 & iPadOS 13.5.5) exactly a month back. Public Beta testers should receive this update shortly.
The build number for this update is 17G5059c. The letter ‘c’ at the end of the build number signifies that iOS 13.6 & iPadOS 13.6 will be released after two – three more betas. We speculate that Apple will move on to a weekly beta release schedule for iOS & iPadOS 13.6 and iOS 13.6 & iPadOS 13.6 may finally be released either on July 14th, 2020 or on July 21st, 2020.
Here’s the timeline till the final release of iOS & iPadOS 13.6:
- iOS & iPadOS 13.5.5 Beta 1 – June 1st, 2020 – Build Number: 17G5035d
- iOS & iPadOS 13.6 Beta 2 – June 9th, 2020 – Build Number: 17G5045c
- iOS & iPadOS 13.6 Beta 3 – June 30th, 2020 – Build Number: 17G5059c
- iOS & iPadOS 13.6 Beta 4 – July 7th, 2020 (Anticipated Release Date)
- iOS & iPadOS 13.6 Beta 5 / GM / Final Version – June 14th, 2020 (Anticipated Release Date)
If Apple does not release the Final version of iOS & iPadOS 13.6 on July 14th, it will most likely be released on or before July 21st.
