Over the past year, JCPenney has been quite moody when it comes to its support of Apple Pay.

Back in April, we reported that JCPenney had removed support of Apple Pay in its app and website, yet still keeping it available in its stores.

However, once again, JCPenney has brought back Apple Pay support to its app and website.

It is unknown when or why JCPenney decided to bring back Apple Pay support to its online store, but it is surely interesting to see it back all of the sudden.

Apple Card users who pay for items from the app via their iPhone or iPad, or make purchases from the company’s website will enable users to get 2 percent in Daily Cash on each purchase they make.

Are you excited to see Apple Pay back in JCPenney’s app and website? Let us know on Twitter at @appleosophy.
