PLEX, one of the most popular apps for cord cutters, seems to be like it is getting one big new feature for Apple product users.

In its newest beta, PLEX is testing out Apple TV app support.

PLEX is a streaming service where users can stream free ad-supported video, with TV shows and movies from providers like Crackle, Warner Bros., MGM, Endemol Shine Group, Lionsgate and others.

The Apple TV app enables users to manage and stream their content from all of the streaming devices they have on their devices, as well as streaming apps linked to your Apple TV app.

Apps like Hulu, Disney+, Prime Video and CBS All Access/Paramount+ do have Apple TV app support. It is also the app to use after you purchase content from iTunes, which can also be purchased on the Apple TV app.

To get Plex with Apple TV app support, you will have to test out the beta and it will be available on version 7.14 and beyond.

PLEX is available on the iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Apple TV and Mac.
