Casey’s updates app with Apple Pay support

Casey’s, previously called “Casey’s General Stores,” has officially added support in its iOS app for Apple Pay.

The update came on Tuesday, April 20, which is ironically the same day as last week’s Apple “Spring Loaded” event. It was Version 2.5 of the app.

Here are the official notes from the update:

“Apple Pay is now available at checkout, so you can get our famous handmade pizza on your table even faster.

Also look for the new ‘Messages’ feature. Find all your messages from Casey’s by tapping the envelope icon. Watch for special offers and promotions, invites to provide feedback, and more!”

Casey’s has gas station and covenience stores across the midwest and is very well-known for its pizza, as well as a quick way to get gas and other snacks.

Before this, the only way to use Apple Pay at Casey’s was through its physical stores.

Apple Card users can get 2% in Daily Cash on each purchase they make at Casey’s in its app or stores.

On top of Apple Pay support, the app does additionally have “Sign In with Apple” functionality too.
