After expanding to multiple gaming consoles in the last few months, the Apple TV app is coming to yet another device, the Nvidia Shield.

The app will allow users to access their iTunes movie library, as well as their premium channels and the Apple TV+ streaming service. Shield owners will now be able to watch hit shows like Ted Lasso, Servant, The Morning Show and Apple Original Movies such as Cherry and On the Rocks. The app will be able to play back supported video in Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, giving users the best viewing experience.

This is a smart move from Apple’s side, since it will allow viewers to enjoy their new streaming service. Even though Apple doesn’t disclose the number of subscribers, we estimate most users are still in their free trial offered by the company. Time will only tell if it ever becomes a hit, but making it available in more devices is one step to achieving that.

The Apple TV app is now available in a wide variety of devices. From gaming consoles to streaming sticks, users can now enjoy the great Apple original content anyway they like.
