Customers that were trying to pre-order the new iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro last Friday morning came to find a shock when checking out.
Those that decided to pay with Apple Card found that they simply could not get the purchase to go through. This issue in particular affected those in the iPhone Upgrade Program, meaning that the customers had to use a different payment method in order to purchase their new iPhone.
Even though the issue was fixed hours after the pre-orders for the new iPhones went live, AppleInsider confirmed with a Goldman Sachs Apple Card rep that the users who have Apple Card and were unable to use it when making their pre-order will still be able to get 3% in Daily Cash on their purchase.
In the coming days, an email is expected to be sent out that will give out details on how Apple Card users can still get that benefit and get their 3% in Daily Cash.
