Discover to offer 5% back on Apple Pay purchases this fall

To give its customers even more bang for their buck, Discover has announced it will be offering its credit card users 5% in cashback on each purchase they make with Apple Pay.

This promotion will be starting on October 1 and going until December 31. It will include purchases made online and in stores, and is set to go up to $1,500 in purchases.

Technically speaking the promotion is for digital wallets, but that does include those like Apple Pay in the Wallet app.

Additionally, the promotion does include purchases made through Amazon’s app and website too.

Customers must log into their Discover accounts online in order to activate this promo.

Terms and conditions of this promotion can be found below:

Amazon.com purchases include those made through the Amazon.com checkout, like digital downloads, Amazon.com gift cards, Amazon Fresh orders, Amazon Local Deals, Amazon Prime subscriptions and items sold by third party merchants through Amazon.com’s marketplace.
