Despite it being one of the most popular operating systems in the country and across the world, Windows is still missing popular apps that its customers have been asking for.

However, it has been announced by Microsoft that Apple apps such as the Apple TV, Apple Music, and iCloud Photos apps will be making their way to Windows next year.

Windows users have previously had to use tv.apple.com to access content on Apple TV+ and the old iTunes app in the Microsoft Store for Apple Music usage, as well as unofficial online third-party sources.

Previews of both the new dedicated Apple TV+ and Apple Music apps will be available in the Microsoft Store later this year.

The Windows Insiders users can begin to test iCloud Photos on their Windows 11 computers today and all Windows 11 users are expected to get access to it next month.
