Those with newer Mazda vehicles are in luck with the recent update to the MyMazda app.
There has been an update to the MyMazda app that not only brings support for the app to the Apple Watch, but with a feature that many Mazda users will really like.
Here are the official release notes on the app for Version 8.4.0.
“Thank you for using the MyMazda app. This latest version of the app has been updated to provide you with the best Mazda experience, including:
- Compatibility with Apple Watch
- Minor bug fixes and other enhancements”
The biggest feature that comes with MyMazda app support to the Apple Watch is the fact that users can start their vehicles from the app on the Apple Watch too.
Users can also lock and unlock their vehicles from the app, see local fueling stations, see local Mazda dealerships, and how much gas is in their vehicle.
According to Reddit users, it is compatible with the following Mazda vehicles: 2019 and newer Mazda3, 2020 and newer CX-30, and 2021 and newer CX-5 and CX-9.
