It is the summer as this is being published, but at the same time, fans across the country are likely having a hard time containing their excitement for the upcoming college football season.

With that said, NBC plans to broadcast its Notre Dame football games in 4K this season. The way to stream those games live is an option for Apple TV 4K users.

Here is how Apple TV 4K users would do that:

Users are going to have to be subscribed to either YouTube TV or fuboTV since those are the only two live TV streaming services that have access to the NBC/NBC Sports 4K channels, which is where those games will be in said 4K quality.

Sadly, NBC does not put the 4K feed of the game on either its NBC or NBC Sports apps, which is something that FOX/FOX Sports does on its.

You might also be wondering about whether the 4K feed of the games will be aired on Peacock?

According to TV Answersman, who spoke with an NBC spokesperson who stated the plans regarding Peacock getting the 4K quality games.

“As it relates to Notre Dame football on Peacock in 4K, final plans haven’t been made yet, but we’ll update you when we have them.”

You can view the 2023 Notre Dame football schedule here and see which games will be on NBC and Peacock this season.

The Apple TV 4K currently starts at $129 through Apple. All of the previously mentioned streaming services are available on the tvOS App Store and can be streamed on the Apple TV 4K.
