Disney has announced that Disney+ is getting high monthly price changes. The new price for ad-free Disney+ will be $13.99 a month (previously $10.99 a month). The company’s ad-supported tier at $7.99 a month will not be changed.
Ad-free Hulu is seeing a price increase from $14.99 a month to $17.99 a month. Its ad-supported plan at $7.99 a month will not be increased at this time. Additionally, Hulu with Live TV, Hulu’s plan with live TV channel streaming capabilities, with ads will now cost $76.99 a month and the ad-free plan will cost $89.99.
Disney will also be launching a new bundle for ad-free Disney+ and Hulu for $19.99 a month, and that plan will be released on Wednesday, September 6.
Lastly, ESPN+ will be increased from $9.99 a month to $10.99 a month.
All of the prices are said to start on Thursday, October 12.
This all comes at a time where other streaming services have increased their prices over the past few months. This list includes Paramount+, Peacock, and even Britbox. Netflix has not increased its monthly prices too recently, but did eliminate its $9.99 a month ad-free Basic tier plan.
Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ can all be streamed on the iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, and Mac.
