Apple announced today that the company will be donating $10 to the U.S. National Park Foundation for every purchase made with Apple Pay as the payment method on Apple’s website, Apple Store app, or purchase made in one of Apple’s retail stores.

It is said that this donation at maximum will be $1 million dollars and will end on Sunday, August 27.

The company has previously had programs like this since 2017.

Apple Watch users will be able to earn a special award related to the national parks in Apple’s Fitness app by doing a workout for 20 minutes or longer and have it put into apps that work and sync with the Health app.
