Discover credit card users are getting another perk to their everyday usage.

U.S. Discover card users that are currently running the iOS 17.1 Beta 3, which was released today, now have the ability to see the balance on their card directly through the Apple Wallet app.

9to5Mac has reported that this was all done through Apple’s Connected Cards feature in the Wallet app. When a user taps on one of the transactions, they are then shown the ability to go to the Discover app or website to view more info regarding the purchase.

Right now, the feature is only available to U.S. Discover card customers. In order for a feature like this to rollout further, Apple will have to work with other financial institutions in order to do that.

MacRumors has stated it thinks Apple will likely “partner with additional U.S. banks and credit institutions as the launch of iOS 17.1 approaches.”

The official release date for iOS 17.1 has yet to be announced, but stay tuned to Appleosophy and we will let you know once we find out.
