The world of games, like fashion, never seems to be finished, and with that, comes a new game coming in iOS 17.5.
The new game is called “Quartiles” and will be available exclusively for Apple News+ subscribers.
As for what you do in the game, users have to form and combine tiles on a puzzle to make words and then earn points from making them. Each puzzle has 20 tiles and words can be formed with 1-4 tiles.
A quartile is a four-letter word. If you find all five in the puzzle, you get a 40-point bonus.

With this new game in Apple News+, it is the third puzzle game on the Apple-based news subscription service app. The other two games are Crossword and Crossword Mini.
Once iOS 17.5 releases, all three Apple News+ games will coalesce with Game Center and will show leaderboards.
An official release date for iOS 17.5 to the public has not been announced yet, but stay tuned to Appleosophy for the latest Apple stories and rumors.
