In less than a year, the Peacock streaming service will be getting yet another price increase.
It was announced today that Peacock’s ad-supported and ad-free tiers will be increased to $7.99 a month (previously $5.99 a month) and $13.99 a month (previously $11.99 a month).
The last time Peacock raised its prices was last summer. New subscribers of the service will see the new prices on July 18, 2024 and current subscribers will see their monthly price reflect in their August 2024 bills.
Peacock does have a wide variety of TV shows and movies for users to stream but has also made a name for itself when it comes to streaming live sporting matchups such as the 2023 Indy 500, select NASCAR Cup Series races, golf, and other major sporting events.
On top of that, the streaming service will be the streaming home of NBC Sunday Night Football (NFL), Notre Dame on NBC games, BIG 10 football games on NBC, some Peacock-exclusive college football and basketball games, an exclusive NFL regular season and playoff game, and the streaming home of the Summer Olympic that will be in Paris this year.
Peacock is available to stream on the iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, and Mac. Both its monthly ad-supported and ad-free tiers can be subscribed to via in-app purchases in the App Store.
