It has been announced that the Warners Bros. Discovery (WBD)-owned streaming service MAX is getting another price increase.
This time, the increase is specifically targeted to its Ad-Free plan which is going from $15.99 a month to $16.99 a month, making it $1 more per month. The yearly plan for this tier will go from $149.99 a year to $169.99 a year, making it a $20 increase.
The Ultimate Ad-Free tier is also getting an increase from $19.99 a month to $20.99 a month. The yearly version of this plan is going from $199.99 a year to $209.99 a year, which is a $10 increase.
Here are the new monthly/year prices overall:
- Ad-Free: $16.99 a month/$169.99 a year
- Ultimate Ad-Free: $20.99 a month/$209.99 a year
MAX’s new monthly prices start today. Current subscribers of MAX will see these new prices take effect in their July 2024 bills.
For now, the ad-supported tiers of MAX will remain at their current monthly and yearly prices.
MAX can be streamed on the iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, and Mac. Its monthly plans can also be subscribed to via in-app purchases in the App Store too.
