Today, Apple has revealed the dates for the upcoming World Wide Developers Conference 2026, which takes place every year in the month of June. WWDC 2026 is set to commence on Monday, June 8th, with the main event taking place on the first day and will be followed by developer events and programs till Friday, June 12th.
In the primary keynote taking place on June 8th at 10 a.m. Pacific Time, Apple is expected to announce the next iteration of its software platforms, such as iOS 27, iPadOS 27, macOS 27, watchOS 27, tvOS 27, and visionOS 27. The new releases are expected to feature refinements to the overall software and Apple Intelligence features.
In the words of Susan Prescott, Apple’s vice president of Worldwide Developer Relations, “WWDC is one of the most exciting times for us at Apple because it’s a chance for our incredible global developer community to come together for an electrifying week that celebrates technology, innovation, and collaboration,” “We can’t wait to see many of you online and in person for what is sure to be one of our best WWDC events yet.”
Even though the format of WWDC 2026 is online, selected developers who submit an application to Apple through this webpage will get the opportunity to visit Apple Park in Cupertino and watch the Keynote, along with Platforms State of the Union, in person with other selected developers. Developers who are registered members of the Apple Developer Program or Apple Developer Enterprise Program will be able to apply until 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on Monday, March 30. This will be a random selection. Applicants can expect a status update by April 2nd.
