Telegram used to have an Apple Watch app before in 2015; however, it was discontinued later. To access the Telegram App on your Apple Watch, you have to update the app on your iPhone from the App Store and wait for it to install on your Apple Watch automatically.
When opening the app for the first time on an Apple Watch, it will prompt users to scan a QR code with the iPhone app to authenticate. This is similar to how WhatsApp on Web or WhatsApp for macOS asks users to scan a QR code when setting it up for the first time.
With the new Apple Watch app, users can read and respond to messages, with it offering features such as video playback, location sharing, stickers, voice messages, and more.
