A lot of talk has been going on this year regarding “The Office” no longer being on Netflix come January 1, 2021, where it will be moved to Peacock on that same date.

However, even though Netflix will be losing one of its most popular acquired TV shows, it will also be gaining what could be a new fan-favorite come January 2021 as well.

Starting on January 1, 2021, “Seinfield” will be available to stream on Netflix in its entirety. What makes it more interesting is for the first time ever, the series will be available to stream in 4K.

That in itself will be a great test to see how well it looks on those who use an Apple TV 4K as their primary home streaming device.

The deal between Netflix and Sony Pictures Television is said to last five years.

For those that do not have Netflix and who may be getting rid of it once “The Office” is no longer on there still have some alternative options.

The first is going to be through live TV streaming services, specifically their on-demand from TBS, which currently airs reruns of the series. Signing into the TBS app with your TV provider (cable, satellite or live TV streaming service) will also get you the on-demand content to stream too.

As a last resort, you can buy the complete series of “Seinfeld” from iTunes. At this time, the complete series of the show can be purchased for just $69.99 through iTunes.

If purchased through iTunes, customers would have to watch the show on the Apple TV app that is available on the iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Apple TV, Mac, select Smart TVs, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, XBOX One, XBOX Series X&S, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
