Greyhound now accepting Apple Pay in its app

Although it was off to a slow start, we now have another important business that is accepting Apple Pay.

Greyhound, the American bussing service, is now accepting Apple Pay in its app.

This was confirmed by @ContactlessWiki on Twitter who said that it started accepting it as of Wednesday, February 22. The app is now the same as the FlixBus app and website, which is now a parent company of Greyhound’s.

Apple Pay support can be seen in the app in the following images.

Unfortunately, there is not any support for the Apple Wallet app when it comes to the bus tickets you purchase in the Greyhound app. Instead, the tickets show up in the Greyhound app so they can be scanned when boarding a bus.

By accepting Apple Pay in its app, it also means that Apple Card users will get 2% in Daily Cash on each purchase they make through the app.
