Avatar for David Becker

Apple has officially announced on its website that it will be participating in the 2023 tax holiday sale that will be happening across several states in the U.S. throughout late-July and early-August.

These participating states are Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Missouri, Tennessee, and West Virginia. Other states such as South Carolina, New Mexico, and Massachusetts do have sales tax holidays coming up but they are not currently listed on Apple’s website.

The company has additionally listed a select number of products that will be eligible for the sales tax holidays in the states listed above. However, the type of products and accessories can vary on the state.

Items that can be included (based on the state) are iPhones, iPads, and Macs.

These tax-free sales will be applicable to purchases made in Apple Stores in the states listed above as well as through the Apple Store online.
