Although we do not usually report on the weekly Walmart ad, this week actually had a couple good deals in it that we feel as though you all should be aware of this week.
Now, the next Apple Event is expected to debut the next version of the iPhone, along with many other products. However, if you are not in the market to be spending a lot of money on a new iPhone and want something that is older, look no further than the deal that Walmart is having this week.
Apple Deals:
- iPhone 6 (32GB) is currently just $199
- iPhone SE (32GB) is currently $159
Both of these iPhones are available via Walmart’s prepaid Straight Talk Wireless plans. The $45 per month plan allows for users to have unlimited talk, text, and data (first 5GB of data are on 4G LTE, then drop to 2G after the 5GB limit) on their smartphone. With the $55 per month plan allows users to get their first 12GB of data over 4G LTE and then have their speeds drop to 2G if they go over that limit.
Like I said, there are not many deals in this week’s ad, but at least there were a couple. With the Apple Event next week, most stores are not having much for Apple deals at the moment since everyone is waiting for the sales and deals that will come after that event.
Apple’s next event will be on September 12th, 2017 starting at 10 A.M. PT. This will also be the first event to be held in the Steve Jobs Theater at the new Apple Park headquarters. The event can be streamed from Apple’s website and the Apple Events app on the Apple TV.
