According to a leaked internal Apple document found on Twitter, Apple will be dropping support for multiple devices that include the following:

  • iPad Wi-Fi
  • iPad WiFi + 3G
  • AirPort Time Capsule 802.11n (3rd gen)
  • AirPort Extreme 802.11n (4th gen)
  • Macbook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2010)

Apple will drop repair support for these devices on April 30th, 2018 worldwide. They will lose official Apple repair support through the company’s retail stores and authorized resellers. Apple’s a list of vintage and obsolete products on it’s website. The company usually begins the process for models 5-7 years after manufacturing has been discontinued.

Do you own any of these devices that will become obsolete? Comment down below!
