iOS Developer Guilherme Rambo has discovered some code for a new watch face that was found in iOS 11.4 and watchOS 4.3.1, and it appears that the new watch face will animate with moving threads of color that shift whenever the display is tapped. A user on Twitter was able to change the date on his Apple Watch and the new face showed up, confirming it will release for everyone just after the keynote event wraps up.Â
New strings found on iOS explain that the new face is “inspired by the rainbow flag” and that “the threads of color move if you tap the display.” There is also a placeholder image which will probably be displayed in the Watch app on iOS when you browse for faces.

The watch face will become available on Monday, June 4 at 12:00 p.m. Or even after the WWDC18 Keynote. So far it is not clear if Apple will announce other pride related announcements but we will keep you updated if they announce any at WWDC18.Â
