In a new support document published by Apple, they said that they are aware of an Activity issue where some stickers could be missing. Personally on my iPhone 8, I have had a missing International Woman’s Day 2018 Award.
If you earned any of these limited edition awards during an Activity challenge, you will not see them after updating to iOS 12:

Apple is aware of this issue and will address it in an upcoming software update.
