With the release of the iPhone Xs, iPhone Xs Max and iPhone Xr, people expected the all-new AirPower wireless charging mat to be unveiled, after it was first announced at Apple’s 2017 iPhone Event, alongside the iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X. It has been over one year since the product was released and it’s nowhere to be seen.

References have been scrubbed from the site, and the “Coming in 2018” is now “currently unavailable” as mentioned on Apple’s AirPods website

Appleosophy will be contacting Apple Media Relations for a comment on this charging Mat and we will update this post as soon as a response becomes available.
