If you walk into a retail store this week, you will probably find that a lot of those stores have decorations and gifts related to the holiday. Apple products are always a good gift to give for Valentine’s Day.
So, getting to the point, here are the following gifts that I would recommend you get that special someone in your life. Note that this works with both men and women for these gifts.Â
Apple Products:Â
- Apple Watch: This is one of my top gifts if you are in the budget to do so. The Apple Watch I would go with is the Apple Watch Series 3, which is discounted at both Best Buy and Target this week, and that they both accept Apple Pay. However, if you are looking to impress money-wise, go with one of the new Apple Watch Series 4 models. They are bigger than the Apple Watch Series 0-3 and will get supported software for a longer time. I should also point out that the watch is highly customizable and that you can use that Apple Watch purchase for future gift purchases for things like watchbands or apps.Â
- 9.7-inch iPad sixth generation: Now, this one can go for that person that really gets their usage out of the iPad. They might use it for writing documents in Pages or Microsoft Word, writing emails, watching videos on YouTube or just doing simple web browsing. The 32GB iPad sixth generation is currently on sale at Best Buy right now.Â
- Apple TV: With this one, I would recommend getting the Apple TV fourth generation. It is not the newest one, but most people do not have a 4K TV, therefore, you will not need to buy an Apple TV 4K since the person will not be able to use the best and newest feature of it. The Apple TV will allow them to stream their favorite TV shows and movies from services like Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, as well as live TV streaming services like Sling TV, YouTube TV, and Philo.Â
- iTunes/App Store gift cards: These are never a bad gift at all. They are a great way to buy movies, TV show episodes and music. Apps are also a great thing you can buy with these.Â
- Apple Music: At only $9.99 a month, this really is not a bad deal. Apple Music does have a bigger catalog than Spotify too, so they are getting more music from this service than Spotify.Â
Accessories: These are some other gift ideas that can be accessible from Apple products, some of them being the ones mentioned above:Â
- Netflix or Hulu: Both of these streaming services are great for those who have a special someone who is busy a lot and does not always have time to watch new episodes of TV shows or movies when they air on live TV.Â
- Amazon Prime: Does your significant other do a lot of online shopping? If so, then this could be a great way for them to get two-day free shipping on their orders, Amazon Music and additionally get access to Prime Video too.Â
- Amazon Fire TV Stick: Yes, it’s not an Apple TV, but it is a lot cheaper and works better than a Roku device, in my opinion. The cheapest one is currently $39.99 through Amazon. It can also be purchased at Best Buy for those wanting to purchase with Apple Pay. If you do purchase through Best Buy, you can get a 30-day free trial of Sling TV with the purchase!
- Target does currently have the previous generation of the Fire TV Stick available for $33.99. Some stores may still have it, but as of right now, it can still be ordered online through Target’s website and app. Both their website and app accept Apple Pay too.Â
- Steve Jobs (2015 movie): Nothing is better on Valentine’s Day than to watch a movie and learn something. Steve Jobs could be for that guy or gal in your life that really like Apple and Steve Jobs. The movie can be purchased at Best Buy with the Blu-ray + DVD + digital copy version for $9.99. If you are looking for the Ashton Kutcher version of the film, Jobs, that can also be purchased through Best Buy with the same Blu-ray + DVD + digital copy for $6.99.Â
- Apple Watch watchbands: I am not recommending any sort of specific band of any kind since there are so many to choose from. However, they do make a good gift for that Apple Watch enthusiast in your life. If anything, get them some sort of Apple Product RED one or a third-party red watchband.Â
We hope you all enjoy your Valentine’s Day this year and that it goes just the way you want it to. If you are not in the market for any of these products or services, at least go to a restaurant or business that accepts Apple Pay at some point.Â
Happy Valentine’s Day!
