Sling TV Adds Free Select Movies to Streaming Service

In a promotion with The Ringer, the company has added a few select movies available on-demand in the MyTV section of the app, according to Sling TV’s blog.

The movies that have been made available in the past are some popular movies like The Social Network, Step Brothers, Miami Vice and a few other. Sling does have plans to add more movies over the coming weeks. Here are the movies associated with the date they are going to be made available:

  • March 5: Forgetting Sarah Marshall
  • March 12: Broadcast News
  • March 19: The Natural
  • March 26: Pretty Woman
  • April 2: Fast Five
  • April 9: Major League
  • April 16: Field of Dreams

You should be able to watch all of these right within the Sling TV app. All of the movies will be made available for free. Sling TV is available on the iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Mac (with Google Chrome browser) and Apple TV.
