It was announced today by fuboTV and Discovery that 13 new Discovery Networks will be available on the service.
Right now there are currently three Discovery Networks that are already available on the live TV streaming service, which are Travel Channel, HGTV and Food Network.
Here are the other networks that will soon be arriving on the service and which plan they will be available on:
- Fubo Standard ($54.99 per month):
- Discovery Channel
- TLC
- Investigation Discovery
- Animal Planet
- OWN (Oprah Winfrey Network)
- MotorTrend
- Fubo Extra ($59.99 per month):
- Science Channel
- Destination America
- Discovery Family
- Discovery Life
- American Heroes Channel
Eric Phillips, president of affiliate distribution at Discovery, said this:
“Our partners at fuboTV are building a unique programming service, and we are pleased to bring more of our portfolio of real-life passion brands and programs to their subscribers. This agreement further exemplifies the viewer affinity for our beloved brands and talent, and fuboTV’s commitment to offering high-quality, world-class content to customers.”
The launch date for these channels to be live on fuboTV has not been said by them or Discovery, but we can only hope that it will happen sometime this summer when people are indoors watching TV.
FuboTV is available on the iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Apple TV and Mac. You can also subscribe to the service through iTunes too.
