Alongside the release of iOS 13.1, Apple has also pushed the update for iPadOS 13.1 and tvOS 13. Â iPadOS is compatible with any iPad, iPad mini and iPad Pro that was released in 2014 or later.
The update brings some exclusive changes to the iPad like a fresh home screen with lower icon sizes so that more applications can be fitted on a page.
There are also other features that come with this .1 update. You get a fresh choice for adding Today Widgets to the home screen from the left side of the screen. Split View and Slide Over also support from the same app various windows. And tapping with Apple Pencil on the iPad screen brings up Markup, complete with a newly designed palette of tools, whose latency has been reduced to just 9ms.
You can also connect external drives to the Files app. There are more than 30 fresh keyboard shortcuts and also a better floating keyboard.
