Similar to Spotify being put on the Apple TV this week, we are now seeing that Amazon Music is also now on the Apple TV.

Amazon Music is a music streaming service from Amazon that costs $7.99 per month. Amazon Music Unlimited, which can also be used on the new Apple TV app, can be subscribed to through Apple for $10.99 a month.

This is a free app in the tvOS App Store and now gives Amazon Music subscribers the ability to stream their music to the big screen on the Apple TV, whereas previously, they had to AirPlay it to the Apple TV.

Only the Apple TV HD and Apple TV 4K are compatible with this new Amazon Music app, as they both have tvOS and the necessary tvOS App Store to download the app.

Amazon Music can also be streamed on the iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad and Mac.
