According to a report of last week, Foxconn had started assembling the iPhone Xr in India.
Newley Purnell who is a reputed employee of The Wall Street Journal, confirmed this by tweeting a picture of the iPhone Xr box which says Designed by Apple in California, Assembled in India. Apple has switched its production from China to India because risks are rising with trade tensions. The iPhone Xr is one of the most popular and one of the most selling iPhone of 2018-2019.
