Sling Cloud DVR Free Recordings My TV

Sling TV has given its users a nice surprise for Christmas and the holiday season. This year, the company has given its users a free Cloud DVR that users will be able to use for any programming on their plan.

This means that for users that have Sling Orange and want to record a dozen episodes of The Office that are playing on Comedy Central, they will be able to do so. It also means that if Sling Blue users find that USA Network is having a Modern Family marathon, they will be able to record it.

Note that the free Cloud DVR that Sling TV is giving its users is on a 10-hour DVR, which should be fine for a lot of users on the service. However, if you need more than 10 hours of Cloud DVR, you can pay an extra $5 per month to get 50 hours of Cloud DVR storage.

Sling TV on both its Sling Orange and Sling Blue costs $25 per month and is available to use on the iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Apple TV and Mac.
