What has become one of the biggest rumors this year for Apple is the new iPhone SE 2. Apple has not released a new version of the iPhone SE since it was originally released in March 2016.
This new iPhone has gotten different names such as the “iPhone SE 2,” which what we’re calling it, but it has also been called the “iPhone 9” because it is a smaller iPhone, and since nine is a smaller number than the current iPhone 11, which is the current generation of iPhones we are in right now.
The iPhone SE 2 is said to have Touch ID and not Face ID like the newer iPhones have. It has also been said that it will have a 4.7-inch screen like the iPhone 8 that was released in September 2017.
Apple’s iPhone SE 2 is expected to have 64GB of storage, 3GB of RAM and start at $399.
The company is expected to announce the new iPhone SE 2 sometime this month. It is unknown at this time when that will happen because even though we have been waiting to hear about a new event announcement from Apple, the coronavirus outbreak has been made it harder to make this announcement, if they plan on having a dedicated event to it.
iPhone SE 2 is additionally expected to be low due to the coronavirus outbreak in China, where Apple and Foxconn have diminished production of it because of the disease.
