Like what a lot of live TV streaming services have done, AT&T will be giving its AT&T TV NOW users access to select movie channels.
The thing with this is that they will not all be available at once have certain dates when they will be available to subscribers of the service.
It will start on Thursday, March 25 and will start with subscribers getting Starz from that day until April 4. Epix will be available on April 4-April 16 and HBO and Cinemax are to be available on April 17-April 20.
AT&T said this on its blog about this development:
“Movies and television have always been a welcome escape in difficult times. With many people staying at home, we’re giving our video customers additional content at no cost during this time.”
AT&T TV NOW starts at $65 a month and is available to stream on the iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Apple TV and Mac.
