With the recent pandemic, many people are struggling financially after losing their source of income. Apple has further extended the Customer Assistance Program until June, allowing customers to defer their Apple Card payments without incurring interest. The program has been available to customers since April. Customers who have previously enrolled for the program will need to re-enroll for June.

Apple and Goldman Sachs have released a statement regarding the Customer Assistance Program for June, via 9to5Mac

We understand that the COVID-19 situation poses unique challenges for everyone and some customers may have difficulty making their monthly payments.

Should you need assistance, please click here to be connected to Apple Card Support via Messages and enroll in our Customer Assistance Program, which will allow you to skip your June payment without incurring interest charges.

If you previously enrolled in the Customer Assistance Program, you will need to enroll again.

Apple has its own support document that guides customers on how to enroll in the Customer Assistance Program. You can read it here
