Screenshots have surfaced from a test model of the upcoming iPhone 12 Pro Max. These screenshots suggest the device could ship with a 120Hz display and a LiDAR scanner.

Jon Prosser shared the screenshots which have been said to be from a PVT (production validation test) model of the iPhone 12 Pro Max. The camera settings have a toggle option to enable LiDAR for assisted autofocus and subject detection of video and night mode.

Recent rumors have been mixed, with sources saying the iPhone 12 models will feature ProMotion 120Hz displays, though some have said display production issues may delay the launch or not feature the technology at all.

Jon Prosser states some PVT models are equipped with 120Hz displays and some with 60Hz displays.
