Apple today issued the seventh beta of iOS and iPadOS 14, one week after the company seeded the sixth beta to developers for testing purposes. Meanwhile, Apple has also rolled out the seventh beta of tvOS 14, as well as the sixth beta of macOS Big Sur.
Developers can download the proper configuration profile from the Apple Developer Center to install the betas. To update to iOS 14 beta 5, you can do that by going to Settings -> General -> Software Update. For developers who want to test tvOS 14 betas, it can be downloaded using Xcode, while macOS Big Sur betas can be downloaded and install through the macOS App Store.
Today’s beta 7 release for iOS 14 added rainbow stripe wallpaper options featuring ”ŒDark backgrounds that will be available when Dark Mode is activated. The update also changed the categories in the App Library, which now include Social, Utilities, Productivity & Finance, Information & Reading, Creativity, Other, Health & Fitness, Shopping & Food, Entertainment, Travel, Games, Arcade, and Education.
