New braided cables for iPhone 12 are here!

Back in July @L0vetodream, a reliable source has indicated news regarding the new fancier charging cables for iPhone 12. The new cable is in a braided format which will be more robust and durable.

The old cable has faced a lot of criticisms for its quality. The old cables are prone to wear at the connected end of the cables. The new braided cables will be more durable.

Apple currently ships new Mac Pro with braided charging cables which are already famous for their quality. The new leaked image from Mr-White looks similar to the earlier released versions of the cable.

The new images show a USB C connector at the power adapter end which makes the image more legit. A bit sadly Apple is sticking to the Lightning port for this year’s iPhone. In the coming years, we can expect a USB C port in the future iPhone’s.

The new braided cables are a good sign but the fact that they will be removing the power brick and EarPods are still sad news. Maybe in the future, we will get a pair of AirPods with the iPhones. Who knows? Let’s hope for the best.
